Cereal made me skeptical of experts.

One bowl of cereal changed my outlook on these people.

That’s me, 3 years since NOT working out.

The text on my screen hit me like a bowl of bricks.

Avoiding cancer from your Cheerios is one thing.

But let me tell you another.

When I was 16, I made a song about eating cereal.

Then, I shared it with hundreds of people.

The Cover Art

I be whippin up da cereal!

Lucky Charms and the Cheerio

I be whippin, whippin, whippin

Whip it up in the kitchen!

That’s how the song started. Some people loved it, too.

At the time, I thought my body’s subscription to cereal was just a lower-middle-class joke.

But cereal has more of a grip on our subconscious minds than we think.

Here is the problem.
